Refund Policy:
For customers using Credit Cards:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your automatic credit card refund to appear. Please note that a temporary hold will be placed on your card when you make a purchase . Your final amount of your actual purchase should reflect in your banking account within 5-7 business days.
If your refund does not appear , please fill out message form above with date and time you made purchase, selection #/ snack/drink you attempted to buy but did not receive along with any supporting screenshots to support your claim. After verification of refund, we will honor your purchase and we will issue you the intended snack or drink you intended to buy with front office.
For customers who paid with Cash: no cash refunds will be issued, you will receive the snack/ or drink you intended to buy. Send a message above with date and time of purchase. Be sure to attach any supporting documents (screenshots). Once purchase is verified that it did occur in our system, we will honor your purchase by giving your intended snack or drink with your front office.
